A long day of traveling is never fun. Airports bring out the worst in people, as long lines, cramped quarters and hours of waiting around take their toll on even the most patient people. When I first started in the limo business and would hear these stories, my initial inclination was to laugh at these people’s inability to control their emotions. I learned very fast, however, that patronizing my clients would do nothing to help me advance my business.

I work out of an office that is located in a building shared by several other companies. I love my office space and regularly receive complements from clients about my convenient location and spacious parking lot. Also, since there are multiple tenants in the building, my lease price is extremely reasonable. The low cost of rent keeps my business operating expenses low and thus allows me to take home more profits, which I love! The only downside to my office situation is that my landlord does not permit me to place a permanent sign outside the building signifying the location of my company. This was a problem when I first moved into the building, but I have since been able to work out a compromise with my landlord that makes both parties happy.
