A Third Party Look Into The Global Information Network

I normally do reviews of multilevel marketing businesses. It was while keeping up with what is current in the MLM industry that I ran across the Global Information Network. At least of one of their recruitment letters certainly sounds like it is advertising a multilevel marketing program so I decided to go ahead and take a look at the GIN.

In fact it was the disclaimer on the bottom of the Global Information Network website that I noticed first. They make it very clear that not only is the GIN not a business opportunity, they do not offer investment advice or tax advice or basically anything at all.

In fact a lot of things you will supposedly receive as a member of the GIN, like professional advice, financial tips, investment opportunities, are explicitly listed as not being offered by the GIN. See, you get these things not from the GIN but from other members like yourself.

The thing is that while the value of the Global Information Network is entirely dependent on the membership they refuse to disclose any actual information about any members. Essentially you are given absolutely no evidence that the GIN has the kind of information they are asking you to pay over a thousand dollars for.

I can see how their affiliate program sounds enticing. With a $200 commission for every new recruit you send to the GIN it would not take much to earn a few thousand dollars from them. Anybody with a firm grasp of marketing could easily generate recruits for the GIN but I am not sure they would want to.

The Global Information Network is based out of St. Kitts and Nevis. These are two small Caribbean islands whose economy seems to primarily be based on tourism. While I cannot say if GIN chose these islands for tax purposes, or other legal considerations I do find it somewhat suspicious.

I try to have an open mind and I adamantly believe that financial success with a home based business opportunity is possible but I do not think the Global Information Network is a viable option. I cannot trust them based on the information they are willing to disclose and I do not endorse ever backing anything you cannot trust yourself.

That being said if you are interested in a home based business opportunity there are countless of viable multilevel marketing business opportunities out there as well. All you need to succeed is a solid understanding of how to effectively market in the 21st century and success can be yours.
